People are trying to use the excuse that since he is a black man he is being persecuted and will not get true justice. Granted, if he is INNOCENT, he will be found that way and the people who are turning over on him appear to have a few credibility issues. But if he did do it, he should be found that way in a court of law,and if you read the indictment, the charges look uglier than Rosie O'Donnel in a thong, so I wish him the best of luck. Judge the man by his actions, not the color of his skin.

No. There has been a lot of evidence and footage of his place that many have already formed a decision about his guilt and it's got nothing to do with the color of his skin.

Only a racist would play the race card. This is an open and shut case. If certain people care so much, what they should ask is why is it that three other people being charged in the case have accepted plea deals. I think they were offered them for testimony against Mr. Vick. Now his lawyer is wanting to talk about a plea bargain that probably isn't there. Michael Vick was caught doing something illegal and immoral, what does race have to do with that?

I dont evaluate myself a racist. by utilising definition a racist is somebody who discriminates on the muse of race. I particularly have in no way discriminated against anybody by reality of their race. a reliable social amassing of a racist could desire to be denying somebody an risk for employment, or admission staggering right into a school, or appearing jobs on community television, by outdoors tone, it particularly is why blacks stepped forward the affirmative action, uncf, wager, and the record is going on and on. Too many human beings ***** approximately blacks having advantages whites dont have, yet on an identical time as there have been equality interior the 1st place there could desire to be no wager, naacp, uncf, affirmative action. Too many whites forget approximately this.

I definably judge him by his actions not his skin color. I am no racist, never have been. I have friends of all denominations and appreciate them for the diversity and culture they have brought to my life by allowing me to share in theirs.

I will say this though, Mr.Vick was given every young man's dream. He had the chance to make FISTS of money, have fame, and be successful. He threw it away to watch dogs fight. If you think of the average African American man in his age range....how many of them are given that type pf opportunity? He is undoubtedly the stupidest man alive.

PS. Rosie in a thong BWAH HA HA HA HA H!

Were all of the liberal Duke professors who came down on the Duke Lacrosse players racist? Yes. Because they didn't know the facts but were eager to believe in racism that fit into their belief of what racism is - even though it never happened. It depends on what you know and how you know it to be true. Time will tell if he is guilty. It isn't looking so good for Mr. Vick so far.

Justice??? Kind of like OJ?

All of his friends are testifying against him. The Feds have a 95% cconviction rate after handing down indictments. What does that tell you?

The color of his skin is a non-issue.

thats tru i hope he gets judged by his actions. However becuz of the society we live in where people pretend that racism doesnt exist, there are gonna be people saying the nastiest things about him and then claiming that its not because of the color of his skin, but it so obviously is. All im saying is that he should be tried by his actions, his blackness has nothing to do with it, so keep the racist comments out of it.

I'm judging him by his actions. Since I am not a football fan, when they first talked about this and said he was a Quarterback, I assumed he was white.
