well, go to LA or Malibu or somewhere in Cali where theres a beach or alot of expensive stores. or go to soho or manhattan or brooklyn in NYC. but celebs are always on the go, well, most of them. or they're making a movie somewhere or taking care of their families or something and would rather not be bothered.

At like 10:00 PM, go outside and tilt your head back at a 90 degree angle and look in that direction. You should see tiny shining dots all over the sky. Those are called stars.

Check out the magazines while you wait in line at the check-out in the grocery store. Right before you finish checking out- put the magazine back so you don't actually have to buy it. That would be my guess.
Because if you watch TV, you're paying for the cable.
If you see a movie or rent a movie, you're still paying to watch the movie.
If you travel anywhere, you have to pay travel expenses such as gas, hotel, etc.
If you go to a restaurant you have to buy food or drink, unless they allow you to freeload off them.
OR do you have a friend to let you watch their TV for free??

Umm... What kind of stars are you talkin about exactly? If you wanna see stars (those glowing balls of fire that shine in the night sky), wait til it's nighttime then look up in the sky (you may also use a kaleidoscope). If your talking about stars (celebrities), then you have to know their schedule. Wait for them to get down their limo and ask for an autograph, or sneak into their locker room and ask for the autograph.

Tune into the weather forecast and check it out for the next few nights and when it supposed to be clear and cool head out into the country and find a spot that doesn't have a lot of light pollution and gaze away.

Drive to a field away from city lights, park your car, sit on the hood with your back leaned against the windshield and stare at the sky.

Go to your back yard, find the biggest tree you can find, now stand about 50 feet away from it......
now run as fast as you possibly can towards it. When you're about 10 feet away, start lowering your head...but whatever you do, don't slow down! That should do the trick!

If you want to see celebrities though, then you need to keep tabs on whats happening in your locl area, what celebrities, if any, are likely to be around if they're playing a gig etc. and get yourself down to the venue or outside their hotel etc.

go somewhere in the mountains and look at the sky (i said in the mountains because it's the best sight ever - there's the stars and there's some other stars behind them. it's gorgeous)
