Not if you do it right. You can say anything you want about the company if you preface it with: "In my opinion, etc." If you state it as an absolute fact, and it's proven false, they could try to sue you for libel/slander. They probably would not because it draws more attention to the issue. However, opinions are protected speech. Just make sure it's clear it is your opinion.

Anyone can be sued for anything to-day, the question is do you hold the company personally responsible, or are you just trying to smut the company without just cause. Many companies threaten to sue, a letter to their president would be more benificial. Make sure you have all the facts in order by date and time if necessary, as well as remedies to have initiated in you letter.

No. usually conversing, defamation is the issuance of a pretend assertion approximately yet somebody else, which motives that individual to go through injury. Slander is composed of the making of defamatory statements by potential of a transitory (non-fixed) representation, usually an oral (spoken) representation. Libel is composed of the making of defamatory statements in a broadcast or fixed medium, alongside with a mag or newspaper. frequently, the climate of a reason at the back of action for defamation incorporate: - A fake and defamatory assertion appropriate to yet another; - The unprivileged e-e book of the assertion to a third occasion (it is, somebody different than the guy defamed by potential of the assertion); - If the defamatory remember is of public project, fault amounting a minimum of to negligence on the area of the writer; and - injury to the plaintiff. Realistically he could have not got any foundation by potential of which to report and if he did report it incredibly is relatively unlikely a decide could hear the case. In a slander/libel healthful they should teach what you pronounced is punctiliously untrue and in keeping with what you have written, it could be impossible for him to teach that . additionally, they does no longer fire him on your tip, they could look into it and fire him because of the fact it replaced into actual. He can no longer declare you led to him injury or injury while your tip replaced into examined/shown and the recourse is what led to injury. i'm hoping that helps. thank you for what you probably did and that i desire you persevered fulfillment along with your restoration.

If you state facts that are provable and if you state opinion and make sure you say it is your opinion, I think you're safe.
BTW... clever integration of the company you're not happy with in your question. I am not happy with them either!

PS - and I'm not telling you to do or not do anything, but so many people are unhappy with their services that I don't think you'd be the only one they'd have to go after. It would be a big job!

Libel and slander mean saying something bad about someone for the purpose of harming them. Saying you are dissatisfied is not slander. It is opinion.

No, they cannot sue you unless you are lying about what they did to you.

Truth is an absolute defense and opinion, labeled as such, is not actionable either...
