I am not defending a person's right to text while driving by any means. Some think a clear definition can be drawn between rights, privileges, and freedom. Freedom has several definitions. We don't have unfettered freedom. Many will argue that we cannot give up any of our freedom--even at a time of war such as this. I argue that sometimes safety outweighs what some see as a right or a freedom.
