You can't but at 14 your probably not finished growing yet. Don't worry, short is the "in" thing for girls. Try wearing a shoe with a heel if your that concerned about it. There is no way to increase your height though, this is genetic. By the way to figure about what height you will end up at, for a girl, you take the height of both your mom and dad in inches and add them together. Divide this number by 2 and then subtract 3 for a girl and add 3 for a boy.

Yes, you can grow taller still and this is how you can do it.

Please read my article and act on it.

Increasing the Height

In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.

Cycling is good exercise and fun too.

You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.

The FEW things I did at least helped me.

Swimming.

Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Stretching exercises on floor.

Find them on line.

Chin ups.

Full stretch type.

Swinging from a rope.

Full stretch climbing.

In other words do things that require stretching.
STRETCH-STRETCH-STRETCH-STRETCH

PS

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.

Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".

Issue of Genes:

You know only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.

I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.

Again Swimming:

You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Then you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.

The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly, completely, slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

Hormones:

Under strict supervision of a doctor they do wonders but the side effects are delayed and unpredictable so doctors do not like to use them.

Surgical Procedures:

There are surgical procedures but most doctors will not do them till the person is 30 years or so. They also have to be very short.

Wardrobe:

In the mean time use high hills and take advantage of hair-do, wardrobe can do wonders too; vertical striped clothing can create a taller look for most people.

There is no way to alter your body to increase your height. You are still growing at 14 if that is any comfort to you. You can dress yourself to give an illusion of height. Good posture makes you look taller too. If you are overweight, losing the weight makes a difference. Check out the links below:

hello

play basketball....
no need to worry, by the age of 16-17 your height will start increasing at a faster rate.
But if you play basket ball, or do some pulling excersise....chances are that you migth increase your hieght more than it is needed.

Just relax, enjoy this age...afterall its a natural process...

even i was very short when i was 14 years old...till i reached 18..my height increased at a faster rate..now i am 5.9 and i didnt even played basket ball..any thing else...yes i was worried... my hieght was 4.5 when i was 14.

Regards
Chris

If your seriously short for your age, a doctor can help. There is some kind of shot, I believe a growth hormone, that you can give yourself (prescription of course). A boy I went to school with used it and grew almost 2 inches in a couple of years. Talk to your parents and see a doctor. It only works while you're still young and growing, so don't wait if you're really concerned about it.

i am in the same boat! i am very short. I am 4-11 and 13 1/2 years old. your probably not grown to your full height yet or at least that's what my doctor said to me- he he- no really most girls supposedly finally stop growing around 17 or 18! so you may be slowing down. ask your doctor they would tell you. but there is nothing you could do to make yourself taller!

Unfortunately, unless you have a major operation when they break your legs and stretch them apart in a vice you cannot become taller. Don't fret. I stopped growing at 14 when I was 4ft 11.5" and I am proud to be small. In time you will see the benefits.

First of all, are you male or female? Some guys have Ashley as their name. Anyway, if you live in the Asian regions, I recommend you try drinking growth maximizer capsules, those with high levels of Chlorella Growth Factor. CHERIFER PGM is a good one, and it really works!! I'm not aware about the American and European markets if they sell those stuff though.

There is absolutely nothing you can do to increase your height. Its predetermined before birth. Females usually stop growing 2 years after getting their period. Males don't stop until they are 18-20 years old. Sorry..........
