Why Wont My Ship Simulator Load All the way?

it wont load the boats or water completley

It is your graphics/video card you need a newer one.

Check your RAM, you may need more memory than you have, also, may try shutting down some running processes in "Task Manager", easy way to open is the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys. This let you know if it memory if it load correct.
The other that may cause this could be your Graphics/Video card, need to read on your Program what it require under "System Requirements" it may also be in a "Read Me" .txt on the disk.
