1. don't act like a loser
2. dress nicely but not too girly
3. be nice but outgoing around him
4. be the hard to get girl
5. talk to him a little bit not too much though

check out magazines like teen vogue and fashion18 and see what kind of clothes hey have in there if your looking for tips. as for the guy go and start up a conversation with him, let him know you exist!

be nice and be urself. go talk to him. maybe if u start to hang out he'll like u and ask u out. but if u dont want to wait that long (;D) then U ask HIM out! whats the worst that could happen? if he's nice he wont totally reject u in an evil way, but if he does, then u'll no that he's a jerk! and u dont wanna date a jerk! good luck!

And you think fashion will get him? Try to find out what he likes best and then adjust your personality to accomodate that, then just cross your fingers.
