From experience of talking to many people on this subject the most common answer is finding a sense of fersonal direction and purpose in their life to make them feel more worth while deep inside,
Ipersonally feel we are all born with a need for a sense of purpose which brings with it a feeling of contribution to humanity and self.
The one unto the all, the all gave to the few the few gave to the one,
and there is no varience between universal love and purpose.
