This is for certain! I know I am most alive when I am going full blast, and just a bit faster than I can honestly handle. On a jet ski I can still crash and survive, however, at the moment I may not think so. I mean if you can laugh like a lunatic because you are having the time of your life (and no one is watching lol) then go ahead, tilt your head back and let it rip!

How can madness keep you sane?
If there was no madness, nothing would be sane because there would be no opposite.
So madness keeps you sane because when you're mad/experience madness you know what it is to be sane, know that it's just a spell and go back to being sane!
Does that make sense? I know it's right!

The need to be normal is the predominant anxiety disorder in modern life.
When we stop trying to fix ourselves and live with our 'madness'...for the first time we see that there is nothing to fix after all...
