I would suggest in stalling a small window if you have the room if not vents are fairly easy to install you just have to cut a hole in the roof make sure you tuck the top under the shingles and put some sealant under the vent and around the edges

You need to install vents in your soffit, under the eaves, and install a powered fan in the roof. A fan that blows out needs fresh air to come in through the soffit. Buy the fan according to the size of your attic, and the fan will state how many fresh air vents are required. To install the soffit vents, just screw the vent into the soffit where you want it to be, then remove it and use a jigsaw or snips to cut a hole about 1" inside of the screw holes. Then just reinstall. For the roof fan, what I do is go up in the attic, and measure between two rafters to make sure the fan will fit. Then hammer a nail through the roof exactly in the middle between two rafters. Then take your fan, reciprocating saw, caulk gun w/ roof sealant, hammer & nails to the roof where you hammered the nail through. Using either a 2 x 4 or string, scribe a circle in the roof to represent the hole you need to cut by attaching one end to the nail you hammered through. Cut the hole, then set the fan over it. You'll need to pull some shingles up around the top & sides of the fan, and also put a good size (3/8") bead of sealant around the base of the fan. Nail the fan down, and lay the shingles back over it. That's all there is to it, it's pretty simple to do and works great, hope this helps!

If the attic is finished, you do NOT want to install vents. Vents are designed are to operate constantly, letting out heat in a traditional attic space (unfinished). Just open the windows when it is hot, or install a few windows if there are none.

ROOF VENTILATION IS A MUST REGARDLESS IS ATTIC IS FINISHED OR NOT.
RECOMMEND ELK HIGHPOINT SERIES 5 RIDGE VENTS WITH PROPER SOFFITT VENTING.
RIDGE VENT CAN BE INSTALLED BY YOURSELF IF WALKABLE OR A PRO ROOFING CO.
DO NOT, DO NOT INSTALL POWER VENT, THEY USE ENERGY AND LIFE EXPECTANCY IS ABOUT 4 YEARS.

If you don't know how to do this you should contact a construction contractor to install them.
