Where can I get a list of these expressions?

It is part of the quarterbacks cadence. he uses his cadence to let the other offensive players know when the play starts. The reason he uses things like "green 18" is that every once in a while he will change the play after the huddle. usually a team will have 2 on colors or colors that when the QB says them it means that the play is going to change. The coinciding number that follows those colors is a specific play. for example his normal cadence could be the following green, red, blue, and black, but if he says white or gold then the play changes to whatever number follows. a QB will do this if he sees a weakness in the defense he thinks he can exploit. hope that helps.

These are called "audibles".
You can't get a list of them because they are different for every team. They could reveal the play...the count...or they can mean nothing at all.

For our team, they change every week.
We use different colors to let the Offensive line know where the ball is going and different numbers to indicate how.
Blue 42 could mean "a run to the left so everyone block right".

When we do an audible the ball is always hiked on the second word out of the quarterbacks mouth.

I doubt if you'll fins any kind of list since they would vary by team. Most of the time the 'colors' the QB barks out prior to the snap mean nothing. Certain color code determined before the game would indicate an audible and then the number after signifies the play being audible to. For instance, 'Red' is the color code for an audible, and then '18' would be a quick slant. Other colors could be used to signify other things the QB sees prior to the snap. Say 'Red' means an audible, 'Green' could let the OL know there is an blitz coming to the strong side of the formation, etc.

they are audibles or fake signals on the line of scrimage that are specific to each team that is playing

When I played green 18 was a run because green = grass running 1= the qb and 8 was the hole he was supposed to run to this would have been an option play to the 8 hole green 18.

we also had blue plays which were passes so we would have blue 83 which would be a pass because blue=sky 8= would be the wideout and 3= would be the route and I believe a 3 was a comeback route.

you can't get a list of them- there are no "Standard" calls. sometimes they even have no meaning, sometimes they do. Sometimes its a "Cadence" for the QB...just a rhythm and timing mechanism. Other times the QB is actually calling out coverages, blocking assignments, or audibles, especially Peyton Manning.

It is a cadence for the quarterback. It tells the other players when the center will snap the ball.
