Your question, "Do you throw water balloons like a girl", is an interesting question. When I first saw it I thought, and one needs to know this because? My thoughts around this...

a) Not all boys throw the same
b) Not all girls throw the same

Thus, how can one categorize a sex, either female or male, into a cateogory of doing something the same. Long answer for short question, but I'd say a girl throws a water baloon, and a boy throws a water baloon, a man throws a water balloon, and a woman throws a water baloon.... ALL in their own way.
