Um, I own black underwear because it doesn't turn an icky grey colour in the wash.
Although if women with black underwear are more likely to have sex, it's probably because they're not worried about men seeing them in icky grey underwear.

I think it is more of an idea than a fact because if that was the case you would expect a woman wearing black underwear when they're about to have sex. It is something about the color black and being mischievious. Also wearing black is supposed to mask too. Like wearing black on a heavier man or woman is easier on the body frame.

I had that happen to me when I wore black bras as a preteen. In the girls' locker room, my friends would say "ooh you have a black bra..you're going to get down!"
I didn't get what the heck are they talking about....It's just a freaking bra.
Maybe because black and red lingerie is very sultry..White underwear might signifiy purity. I have no idea, but it's lame either way.

Sometimes it means that black underwear is going to be worn with black outerwear and therefore will not show through the black outerwear as would white underwear.

It doesn't necessarily mean that she is having sex. She may not want to wear white panties with a black skirt or pants.
