okay i have been with my bf for 3 years. i have also lived with an alcoholic for 17 years. i have been through so much that it would take forever to tell about how bad it was at my house. when i lived with my mother i would never get any sleep and no privacy to do anything such as go to the bathroom, take a shower, or do homework. my mother is such a crazy person she never left me alone cause she was always drunk. well, i moved out into my boyfriends house. my mother always told me to go and also said ''do what u want'' i have been here a month. i have never been happier. but my boyfriend has a sister and his parents are divorced. we live with his mom. when his dad found out that i lived here, he wants to get custody of the kids and he knows is kids dont want to live with him. his mom has done nothing wrong, and my bf is 16. do u think that the stupid father could get custody? what if i moved out?i have

his sister is 14. my and my bf DO NOT HAVE SEX. the only time we did was a year ago at MY HOUSE.

It is possible; much depends on a number of factors and the laws in the State where you reside. The mother really needs to consult with a family lawyer in your State to review the matter.
Do you have a separate room? Are you and your boyfriend engaging in sexual activity (these questions will come up and you will also be asked if you have ever had sex)? How old is the sister? The Courts will always decide what is in the best interest of the children and if your boyfriend is under the age of consent in your State and there is any proof or strong allegatiions that you and your boyfriend are engaging in sexual activity, the father may be able to prove his case that the mother is unfit as she is not only allowing statutory rape to occur in her home, but setting a bad example for the younger children and contributing to their delinquency.
Moving out at this point may not change anything as she has already allowed you to move in.
You should also contact Social Services on your behalf and have them investigate your mother and see about appointed a guardian ad-lidem.

YES, he can as both parents have an equal right to parent the child.
And this has nothing whatsoever to do with having to prove the mother unfit. The legal threshold is 'significant change in circumstance'.
I suggest you stop posting this and actually read the responses. Or hire your own attorney. NO ONE here can give you a completely yes or no answer simply because we are not involved in the situation nor do we even know where you live and the history between the parties.

i'm no longer stunned that her little ones have been taken away, yet i do no longer think of Kevin could have custody of them. i think of Britney desires to get herself some help so as that she would be able to be there for her little ones. Having her little ones taken faraway from her must be heartbreaking for her and that i wish this could open up her eyes to her subject. I agree that Kevin is in simple terms residing off Britney and that is unhappy that he gets the lads. i think of that they the two could desire to get their lives straighten out and could desire to concentration on elevating their little ones, divorced or no longer.

No he couldnt get custody of his children as unless she is proven as an unfit mother then there is nothing he can do. Also if it is on the grounds that you are living there then he would be laughed out of court. Dont let him blame it on you, as you have not done anything wrong. Besides sorry to say this but your mother would be the one that could have lost her child/ren. Good Lusk and I hope that your life turns out for the best.

No, he would not be able to get custody, unless he could prove her an unfit mother, which is really hard to do. i wouldnt worry, it appears to be an idle threat
