Pacman on wrestling.....?

Anyone else think he is showing his lack of class by pretending to have a neck injury on wrestling and potentially being paralyzed? If I am not mistaken, a man really is paralyzed due to the altercation at the strip club. Was there no other injuries this idiot and the idiot writer could have chosen?

Pacman is an idiot and it was obvious it was a farce. I agree that they should have faked a more believable injury.
