It depends on the time of the year and in which town you post it.
It takes around a week, but if you are in Lisbon or Oporto, it may take a little less. If you are sending it from Algarve or Alentejo, it will take over one week, as everything in the South of Portugal is very slow.
Make sure you don't post it inside one of those red marks on the street, sometimes it will take forever to be collected. Don't be shy and go to a proper post office and send it from there and ask to be sent by 'correio azul' it is the equivalent to first class.

whenever they feel like sorting it basically! They're like the spaniards everything's "manana" (tomorrow). Give it about a week or 2, there are some post boxes that are just out there to fool tourists, disguised as a post box and are in actual fact just a black hole. I think they may be red, so if you put your postcard in there, prepare yourself to never see it again. Hope it went in a real one and you get it soon!

Hi
Pretty much 2 weeks - all the airmail goes through one processing centre in the netherlands so you are lucky if it gets there any earlier.
