I liked how James Bond was mortal in this film. I haven't seen many Bond films, but I think he did a much better job than Pierce Brosnan. I prefer a character that has flaws because it does make the film more realistic. Perhaps that's not what James Bond is supposed to be, but I still like it. My Parents grew up watching the James Bond films and liked Daniel Craig as Bond as much as they liked Sean Connery as Bond.
Anybody remember James Bond Jr.?

I once thought Daniel Craig was a poor choice as a replacement of Pierce Brosnan. I was wrong. Or maybe the script just got better. The previous Bonds always had a lot of girls and almost always kept their hairstyles in place. Not this one. The latest Bond was more 'human' (emotional) and went through blood, dirt and pain. And did not rely on fancy gadgets. Unglamorous...but more realistic

I thought is was great it was something Mr. Bond has never been and that's dirty. James Bond got his hands dirty. There were a few hi-tech stuff but no stealth car on skies. No laser watch it was grounded in REALITY witch the sires desperately needed I cant wait for the next one!!

I think the beginning stunts during the chase scene were AMAZING, however, overall I felt it was just a good action flick not a typical Bond film. He lacked the charisma and charm of 007.

It was a good action movie, but not a good Bond movie, if that makes sense. It was more dark and gritty than the other films, I missed the witty banter and cool reserve of the other films.
