when is it time to realize it's time to grow up to the next stage of life no matter how old you are ?

it's "time" when you've exhausted all efforts and find that your wheels are just spinning (and you're not moving). I think it's important that a person is moving, whether it be sideways or upward. Sometimes you have to move sideways just to move upwards. And sometimes the upwards is as far as you can get so you go sideways.

When you see things changing around you, examples: your friends family changed even your self that’s when is time to go to the next stage of your life, some people just realize this when they want to move faster then others, when others around them change, when someone they know needs help or when they are down on there luck or when most of life has past them by.(is up to you how fast you do it and up lifes Inevitable events when you do it )
