They are both good. I enjoyed all his books! Digital Fortress is a bit of a step away from his normal writings, but Deception Point was good as well. I love those "who dunnit" books and this is definitely one of them!
If you enjoyed Dan Brown, you should try authors David Morrell (best known for writing "First Blood" aka Rambo), Stephen Leather and Michael Connelly.

I have also read the Da Vinci Code an I just started Angels and Demons, which I am told, as your last answerer said, is the best of the 4.
I haven't read the other two myself, but people have told me that they are very hard to get into, and I'm not sure they finished them, because they got bored. Digital Fortress and Deception point are NOT about Robert Langdon either I don't think.
This is only the opinions of a few people I know, and you might find it different. I am keen to read the last 2 for myself.

Deception Point and Digital Fortress are not in the same league as Angels and Demons and The Da Vinci Code. They say that everybody out there has a novel in them, well Dan Brown had 2. Don't get me wrong Deception and Digital are good stories but the others are BRILLIANT stories. And that is a major difference.

All four are really good books. Just like you, I read Da Vinci Code first. I saw that he had other books too and was told that I should really read A&D first. If didn't matter too much. A&D is such a good and suspensful book. It is my favorite of the 4. I enjoyed Deception Point more than Digital Fortress. But they are both very good books too.

Ive read them all and I consider Deception Point as his best novel to date. Angels and Demons was next with Davinci Code just a tad better than Digital Fortress. I was very disappointed with Davinci Code.

Yeah they are a good enough read and if you enjoyed the other two then you're sure to like the rest.
I do get a bit of deja-vu with his books though. It seems like the basic situation and location changes but kind of follows the same plot in each book.
Does anyone else find this?

Yes.... read Digital Fortress... very very good book... more twists than the tango !
You may need a bit of computer knowledge to understand some of the terms, but still a cracking read.... go for it.
