As A man, I believe that half the fun is in learning, and the other half is in practicing what you have learned.

If there's one thing that really REALLY annoys me it's when a woman makes faces because you're not doing something the way she likes it, but she's not telling you because she finds it akward. In fact, she'd rather suffer at my hands then tell me what she wants. Sounds stupid? Well, it's happened!
Hey man, if the question is about you and your missus, rest assured: you are one of the lucky few!! Yes, you have managed to get yourself a woman that doesn't feel akward about telling you what she wants. This does mean of course that you can tell HER what YOU want as well!
Is your problem that her 'training' is making you feel insecure as a man? That you feel you are somehow not up to scratch? Well, consider this: what makes you so sure you are the ultimate erotic God that could please every single women on this earth and has nothing left to learn? Were you somehow born with all this intimate knowledge about women? Of course not. None of us are. There's an old saying that says that 'no cook can make it so that everybody will like it'. Same goes between the sheets.
So, consider yourself lucky! If you let her (and she lets you) you're in for an unbelievable ride. If not now, then certainly in the future. Don't worry about all that. The fact that she puts in the effort means that she wants to have a great time with you and not some other guy. Go with it! You'll learn something.

Train and standards does not quite sound like being in love but rather being in the army - but I know what you mean!! LOL:-)
It always takes two so whatever the imbalance in experience know-how and intuition if the two people in question are considering being long term lovers it would be daft not to take the time to learn about what each other likes.
It sounds like you are speaking from some rather personal experience!!

i'd stay with him, if i really loved him. show him what i like and tell him if i don't like something. and i'd hope the guy didn't take it the wrong way and storm out. i mean, if i were having sex with a guy i would rather him tell me i'm doing something wrong so that i can fix it and make it better sex; rather than continuing to do that same thing thinking i'm doing something amazing, while he just tries to tolerate it. you learn from experience. if this guy is a great guy and sex is the only problem, then why would you just drop him? just teach him and then you've got the perfect package ;]

I only sleep with someone that I truly love so I never been in that situation but if I was with someone that wasn't good I would take the time to teach them if I really cared for them. There's alot more to a relationship than that.

First of all, I would never tell anyone that they are "crap" in bed and yes, I would most definitely communicate (either verbally or non-verbally) what turns me on without making him feel like less of a man.

I would have no problem with teaching a guy what I wanted. Unless, he has severe hang-ups or a low sex drive, I'm sure he is going to want sex enough to do whatever it takes to get it.
With my limited experience, I never ran into that problem. Sexually at least, every guy has been outstanding.

i would never tell someone they were crap in bed. if you like them enough to sleep with them in the first place then you should take the time to get used to them and get comfortable with them rather than just judge their first performance. i think it takes time to get to know someone like that.
