Is it safe to place a treadmill in a first floor bay window situated above a bay window (no wall beneath)?

Total weight with user about 200 kg. Timber floors above gyprock ceiling beneath

There's some vibration with these. In a new condo a lady above us used her treadmill and it actually shook our unit. You have several safety features here, the bay window, what if something happen and you fell toward the window? the vibrations to the floor, you said there was no supporting wall. I would look for another place to put it.
