I recently bought a set of Cd's from Anthony Robbins - I find his enthusiasm to be infectious. I've made decisions to do new things and try new experiences and found his Cd's to be motivating.
It's definitely increased my confidence and self-esteem.

Yes, definatley! I read a lot of books and they usually really cheer me up, or make me miserable, what ver my favorite charcter is feeling. I would highly recommend the australian author Trudi Canavan. Her books are really good at makeing you feel better.
