For me it's an attack on my intelligence, I hate that. And not just the "you're stupid". Nothing ticks me off more!

Insults don't really bug me at all.
My self-esteem is much too high for that.
But the intelligence attacks do bother me somewhat too.

I'm almost 24 with a college degree, & people call me an educated fool & call me retarded, & they say that a 2-yr. old has more common sense than I do.
