There is quite a difference between the first of November and the end of the month.
The first of November you will see days in the 70's and nights around 50. At the end of the month the average daytime high is around 60 but sometimes on a cold day the high might only be in the 40's, nights are usually going to be in the 30's
The "average" temperatures for November in Las Vegas
Mean-53 Avg High-65 Avg Low-40
No matter what time of the month you come bring something warm for nights.
If you like to wear shorts/t-shirt etc, "sometimes" during the day you can get away with it.

Typical desert weather ... warm day .. cool night. If you are coming from a colder climate you will find it very warm. You can tell the tourists from the locals. Tourists will dress in shorts and T's while the locals have jackets or coats on. Make sure you have a jacket and long pants in your suite case. It gets cool real fast at sundown so be prepared if out for the day. I recommend a jacket instead of a sweatshirt because a jacket is easier to put on or remove. Have fun.
