George Washington is clearly the greater patriot. Why? BOTH of them served as president, so they measure evenly, there. But only Washington also served in the army, and brilliantly at that. Also? Washington was offered KINGSHIP of the USA, but turned it down and insisted on being a president with term limits instead. That sounds darned patriotic to me!
