((9 * 2^-8)^1/2) / (3^3 * 2^-3)
= (9^1/2 * (1/2^8)^1/2) * ((1 / 3^3) * 1/(2^-3))
= (3 * 1/2^4) * (1/27) * 1/(1/2^3)
= 3 * 1/16 * 1/27 * 8
= 1/9 * 1/2
= 1/18
