I think that they're about equal. Phyllis has a sharper, more mature look, while Sharon has a cuter, softer look.

I personally think Michelle Stafford is more attractive. I love her hair and her look is very versatile. Plus, since they're tv characters, I'm also thinking about their tv personalities, and I think Phyliss (sp?) is a more down to earth and not as snooty as Sharon.

That was a young picture of Sharon. I have to say Sharon is more attractive to me!
I think they are both pretty in there own way but Sharon is more of a classic beauty.
When they showed Phyllis with the wig and little make up she didn't look all that good.
