Im pretty sure my name has been used already. I'll tell you something though, I feel terrible for all the women out there named Katrina these days.

No. But so many names are required that yours might be on the list already. However, if your name is Wilber or Sylvester, it might take a really long time to get to it as storm counts rarely get past the middle of the alphabet.

I don't know about the policy in the U.S, but apparently in Germany you can! I heard about some people that 'gave' their father a storm for his birthday!
