This lady left coffee grinds around her front door. Is there a meaning to this??

The coffee is around her apartment door in some type of rows, she also has a cross drawn on her front door in chalk, it looks as if she went on some kind of rampage. Is this related to witchcraft? Has anyone heard of anything like this? Help!
