Yes you can buy a Veyron Or the Twin Turbo Viper from Hennessey.
Now a Mercedes C240 well if u gutted the whole car. junked the engine. and installed some other motor like a AMG motor and a manual transmission. Or install a LS1 V8 Motor. Anything could be made fast with enough money. I think u want a part or something that would do it i don't think any turbo or supercharger would give u enough power to beat a Lamborghini. It would require massive modifications. You might as well buy a 03-04 Cobra and Tune it up with a Kenne Bell blower and supporting mods u could smoke a Lambo with that.

Please tell me you are joking. You are driving the poverty Benz. Sell it and move up to a E55 AMG, that might be a good starting point. Better yet sell the c240 and buy a Z06 Corvette, and pay lingenfelter a visit. If you really want a true supercar perhaps the upcomming 2008 Acura NSX V-10 is what you need, however the $150,000 pricetag is roughly five times that of your C240.

Even then the terminal velocity wouldn't be great enough to overtake a Lambo.
