I really feel that those spray on vitamin products are a waste of money at best and misleadingly dangerous at worst.
Nutritional elements like vitamins and minerals are not effectively absorbed through the skin. They have to be absorbed through the intestinal tract, or if a dangerous deficiency develops, then injected by a vet.
The two calcium supplements that I use are Rep Cal with Vitamin D3 and no phosphorous, and Minerall with D3. Use these once or twice a week and a plain calcium (no D3) about 3 - 4 times per week for a young bearded.
