Bio chip or our body for example is made out of cells. Is this cell composed of atoms? Or Atomic structures for solids/liquids/gases realte to matter and biological bodies relate to something different called cells? If so what does a cell constitute of?Like an atom consists of neutrons+ protons orbited by electrons.

From Smallest to largest:
Strings make up Quarks
Quarks make up subatomic particles (such as Protons, Neutrons, and Electrons)
Subatomic particles make up Atoms
Atoms make up Molecules
Molecules make up Cells
Cells make up Organs
Organs make up Us

BTW String theory is still just a theory - it hasn't moved into scientific fact yet.
As for Quarks, we were never taught much more than that they exist in school.

A cell could be prokaryotic or eukaryotic. Some organisms are composed of one cell, others are composed of many.

An atom consists of a proton, a neutron, and an electron. Many atoms grouped together make a molecule, like DNA.

Basically, a cell is something you learn about in Biology.
An atom is something you learn about in physics and chemistry.

Yggd... you are wrong.
Atoms are the smallest common building block of all matter - each element has a different atomic structure.
Atoms combine into molecules of less (like O2 for oxygen) or more (C4H7O2) complexity to make inorganic and organic materials.
Molecules of considerable complexity make protein compounds that can build living flesh.
Living flesh is made up of cells which have walls of one kind of materials to keep other materials inside for specialized purposes like drawing oxygen and energy sources from blood or fluids like the ocean. Flesh is solids doing the work and fluids being held or moved to make the environment for the work.

All living organisms, are made up of cells. Unicellular organisms are made up of 1 cell each, such as bacteria and amoebas. Multicellular organisms such as worms, humans, dogs, cats, scorpions, etc. are made up of trillions of cells! Cells are made up of millions and millions of atoms. Cells are living organisms which are comprised of many different parts. There are just too many to mention. These parts of the cell are made up of smaller parts, which are made up of smaller parts, which are made up of atoms.

cells aren't made of atoms. instead they're made of DNA, which contains genetic information. Atoms are the basic structures of compounds
