A difficult question to answer since Iran is in Asia - do they dislike themselves? or do you mean other asians - I don't know - It's too early/late for me anyway - I'm going to lie down.

Like other people I would point out that Iranians are Asians .. however they also subdivide themselves as Persians at times.
I personally have asian friends, am asian/english and have iranian friends as well and in this country I have never felt the tension .. however I cant answer about on home soil so if there are any Iranians out there, they would be better placed to answer.
I guess you can say that there is always a handful of any race with a hatred of others though.
