Hi, got really bad coffee withdrawal headache. Fever-few usually works for me but it is not touching it. I need something quickly (hopefully something I have in my herb bed or fields) that will be more effective remedy. Natural remedies only please. Trying to catch this before it turns into migraine. Please help.

Aspirin is known to help. Also you could take some more caffeine.

You may be dehydrated as well. Drink a few glasses of water. Caffeine is a diuretic meaning that it causes the body to expel more water from the body than normal through urination or bowel movements. This is why too much caffeine can give you diarrhea.

Sweat it out. A half hour in the steam room and your head ache will be all gone.

Possitive thinking. Tell yourself that you are not having a head ache and it will go away.

Aspirin works fine and if you don't think it is natural enough, chew on willow bark.
