My husband is currently deployed and I recently found out that he is cheating on me. Then today I found out that it is with another service member. That is not allowed, is it?

It is punishable but there has to be proof, like pics or something. My friend caught her husband (they were both military) in bed with another military member RED HANDED in her own home and nothing could be done......she didn't have any proof and I guess they can't just take your word for it, too much is at risk for the accused.

Yes he can get in trouble and a lot of it. Especially if one of them is an officer and the other is not. Adultery is still punishable under the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice). It could result in loss of pay, reduction in rank and in some cases jail time.

You could notify his commander. Adultery is punishable by the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) Article 134.

He can get in trouble. The military takes cheating/adultery VERY seriously... it's considered a crime. It would be considered an article 134.

This explains it further: http://usmilitary.about.com/od/punitivearticles/a/mcm1342.htm

no he cannot. my x did this to me and i had her removed from the base we were at. he is deployed and she is with him or there with you? well if that is case shes there with you you go to the base commander and let him know and show him what you have proof. that will bring him back and mess his career up and move her fast. if one is officer even worse yet.
