Annoyingly, the prisons are all full, so they are having to let some out to keep the more worse ones in. England has never been that well run, yes they should be more prisons built but as they is also a housing shortage also, plus other things, means that the government have gotten themselves into quite a tight corner. They are hoping no one will notice as first it was the flood and not foot & mouth disease which I personally think is deliberate and that they are covering up some other mistake they've made. Remember, keep the public clouded with "catastrophies" and you cna get away with anything, sad but true.

The government constantly try and build more prisons but they keep being declined planning permission becuase residnets and councils don't want them built near them.
Unfortunately, if you build a prison, it needs to be put somewhere and no community wnats one near them so it becomes difficult.
The cost is huge too, everyone complains about how high taxes are, then complain when expensive things aren't being built. The dome was a waste of money, but to keep everyone happy, we would need several more prisons which with the ongoing costs would be MUCH more than the dome was.

We have more than enough prisons, and too many people in them. The US has the largest proportion of prisoners to general population of any developed country.
Here are a list of crimes for which people are in prison that should not be there so that real criminals can get the opportunity to stay that they so richly deserve:
o People who write bad checks.
o People who owe money to the IRS.
o People with minor drug charges.
o Prostitutes (jail the johns--there are fewer of them).
o People who owe fines and/or court costs.
If any one or ALL of these groups were banned from the prisons, there would be plenty of space for your two molesters.

Blame the Liberals and the PC brigade.
They are the ones who fought for the rights of the convicted.
They are the ones who constantly monitor the treatment of these vile prisoners.
They are the ones who push and lobby the government to recognise the needs of the convicts.
They are the ones who instigate appeals against inhumane treatment of sex offenders.
They are the one to blame.
They are the ones who should be sharing a cell with the same sex offenders!

I firmly believe that those responsible for taking the decision to release these vile monsters back into the community should be investigated for Professional negligence in the event they commit further crimes.
also have you noticed how 99% of the time this filth is released back into areas where you would not normally expect to find those responsible for there release living.
Judges, psychiatrists, psychologists. etc etc are all living miles away from bail hostels and temporary accommodation locations.
It is not there children put at risk by these bastards that they decide to release.
Edit
Well said Mr biggs

This country is going to hell in a hand basket. Just like that woman who was just released from prison and she killed her husband. Just like the double standard when it comes to statutory rape. A male teacher sleeps with one of his female students and he's locked away, a very attractive female teacher sleeps with one of her male students and she gets a slap on the wrist, and priests sexually abusing kids and never see the inside of a jail cell. What happened to the legal system?

This country is run by cowards, scared of the papers, BBC, do gooders and law suits.
I don't wish to see this country becoming an Islamic state , however I think we should adopt some of their punishments for sex offenders, murderers and the like.
Mr Brown you should listen to your public, we put you in office and we will take you out of office if you lets us down.
The country has had enough!

I agree totally with you. They find place in prisons for pensioners who don't pay their council tax, perjurers, etc but release paedophiles, who are always a threat to the public.
If my child was hurt by a paedophile who had been convicted and released early, I would sue the Home Office.

They probably took off to another country so they can start (offending) again incognito. Chances are they'll get away with it too. The fact is there are a LOT of devos out there who aren't going to get caught. Keep your kids close. Know where they are and teach them - gently - how to recognize dangerous situations. You might want to use a spell - checker too.

Being a discern of three youthful little ones i could ought to declare easily no longer. yet you're good once you ask the place they should pass. i think of the regulation must be that it is not in a kinfolk orientated residential community. first of all they should ought to stay someplace removed from a place that could tempt them to do a similar element returned. i surely could agree that they should stay in penal complex for existence. usually those form of persons do no longer reform and merely repeat their crime. Im sorry yet i think of it incredibly is hard for everybody to have confidence somebody who has comitted this manner of terrible crime. besides i dont think of latest child molestors could have of venture in society, a minimum of no longer the only i lived in.
