Some people are hard-headed. Others can't let go of a point. But this guy is ridiculous! My opinion is that his credibility as a judge is now completely destroyed, as is his grip on reality.

Yeah, he deserves the heave-ho. He probably needs to be under the care of a shrink, too.

I believe that it is the judges who allow these cases to be heard are the most responsible. Now we have this clown becoming part of the problem.
He definitely deserves to go.
