Wow. Um i have dishwater hari and hazel eyes too. Peach skin as well. This should be easy then. Browns and golds for eye shadow. Brown mascarra. Lip gloss and balm and stick in a varity of colors. A darker redish pink blush. Skin colored founation. The basics.

i recommend going to icing in the mall. they are affordable and really nice
i got a pallet of really shimmery eyeshadows and a bronzer compact on sale for $12.50
they had 3 different ones, 12 colors each i think- 1 was pink/brn/neurtal, 1 was more colors like blues n greens, and i don't remember the colors the other 1 had.
they have make up kits too... that would be an idea for you (lil bit of everything you need)
(make sure to get a nice brush set to apply with)
i like the stuff from icing, it's way cheaper than buying from a macys make up counter...
they have mascara and lip stick/gloss too

i would get a foundation from cover girl if you plan to wear it.
if not get a compact of translucent powder to take the shine off your face.

for your age make sure you go minimal on the make up. no clown face/hooker look

remember to wash your face well after school or before you go to bed so you don't break out

Personally, after looking at the pic, you don't need make up... but, if you still insist...
Light brown eyeliner, applied LIGHTLY!
Light, sheer, SHEER (as in very light and see through) blues or peachy pinks and browns for eyeshadow.
And I don't think you need blush... but if you want some... go with a very light pink.
As for mascara, "clear" (yes it does exist!) or lash tint (which exists also, it looks very nice, don't apply it heavily.)
Lipgloss... not too shiny, not too tinted.

Now, I will tell you...
YOU DON'T NEED ANY FREAKIN' MAKEUP! Don't foolow the media, don't go along with the in crowd. You look fine the way you are.
You know, I am your age. I abhor makeup and I only use it for shows. My dream is to become an expert at shooting a slingshot (a sharpshooter, if you will) and I have always dreamed of the real Peter Pan coming to MY window.

So, act your age: forget the makeup.
Good luck.

In our school were not allowed to wear make-ups But if you like to wear some just buy lip gloss the cherry blossom looks good and feels good my Sister is Addicted with that lip gloss
you can go to the Store Named "The Face Shop" That place has many colours And Kinds of make up .........But the face without make up is the most Beautiful You get to show your Face...

Where on earth do you live that your school and parents let 13 year olds wear full or partial makeup to school?

If you must waste time in the morning doing makeup limit it to the basics.

A light Tinted moisturizer with sunblock to protect your skin.

Eye makeup - no at your age eye makeup is only for parties!

Besides eyeliner and mascara can run and get in your eyes.

Unless you have very very pale eyelashes and brows avoid eye liner mascara or a brow pencil. Maybe if you can use it with a LIGHT touch a brow brush if you can get one thats middle brown.

If you must wear makeup cos all the other girls do match it to your skin tones and dont wear dark colors.

What looks good on TV or in magazines can look really slutty or overdone in daylight!

So likewise avoid eyeshadow except for parties.

Lipstick yes a little but a light gloss / tinted chapstick so you will not get dry chapped lips!

At your age pink or a color close to the natural tones of your lips.

Do not touch lip liner pencil unless you have a great sense of color and tone. I see far too many adults who wear lipliner thats far too dark thinking it will make their lips look smaller or bigger or more defined. If adults get it wrong ...

Again ignore most of what you see in magazines ... what looks great or natural in photos will not look so good outdoors or away from professional lightning!

Shame on most of the previous posters for encouraging a 13 year old to wear full makeup to school!

Finally and most importantly rather than buy makeup invest in buying or borrowing good reference books on color!

They will help you learn what really works style wise regardless of changes of fashion!

STUDY COLOR and think of your skin as a tinted canvas or paper. How would you complete the portrait?

IF you can beg borrow or buy it get a copy of the Classic_
Itten's Art of Color or the abridged Elements of Color!

What Itten says in this applies to a variety of arts!

You're in school to STUDY NOT PARTY!

I would suggest light colors.Cause especially on the first day,you would like to impress your teachers and classmates. This can be possible by just looking simple & pretty and always keeping a smile on your face. But remember...never put on too much make-up and don't exaggerate.

dont wear makeup..it wouldnt suit you. just get some tinted moisturiser, maybe an extremely small amount of eyeliner and some lipgloss..otherwise, nothing.
