IBM lCD goNNNA black?

i have ibm lcd plug and play but from up screen its gonna dark
and from down side it is right what is problem

Are you saying that the top half of the screen is dark, and the bottom half is bright?

If so, you have lost one of the two back lights. You need to repair or replace the monitor.
