Im on birth-control but im not comfterable with the idea of skipping a period is there anyway if i skipp a week of pills my period will come early?

Well, first, what does it matter that you will have your period? Just be sure to have tampons/pads and you won't have a problem. But, if you get your new pack of pills, just start taking them when you should be taking the sugar pills...this may help you skip your period. It may not work though, you may have to be on this schedule for longer to actually make it work. I am on Seasonale, and only get my period once every 3 months...it's wonderful. Also, check out www.fewerperiods.com ....there is nothing wrong with not getting a period every month, there is no medical reason that we have to.

Don't skip a week of pills.! You are putting yourself at high risk for getting pregnant. You should be enjoying a skipped period. You could be skipping your period because of stress but it could be the pill or both. What's the reason matter! At least youre not pregnant!

Don't mess with the pills. Messing around with them is what causes a lot of unwanted pregnancies. Women have been known to have their periods on their wedding day. It's just something that happens. It's really not that big of a deal.

my mate use to skip her period all the tyme and it didnt do no damage and im on the injection which completety stoped my period i havent a period in over 3 years so i think it is fine but as you are uncomfterable with the idea yea you could skip your week of pills but depends on your body just cause you stop it doesnt mean your period will come straight away. and wear protection if you are in a sexual relestionship

Bad idea, this is not good for your body to try to throw it off schedule. Use a tampon, tuck the string up a bit & who cares, no one is ever the wiser & you can wear anything you want.
