Does it really hurt that bad for a guy to get hit in the nuts? How bad is it? I mean really... i really wana know.

I've never seen that happen to a guy for real, besides on movies and TV, i didnt know if they were just acting.

Imagine the worst cramps you've ever had, combined with a kick in the abdomen.
Now imagine them centered in your groin.
Imagine your central nervous system suddenly collapsing.
Pain so bad your eyes cross and you can barely stand up, breathe or speak.
That's about what it's like.

Not a guy, but I have seen how my husband and son react when my 2 year old daughter catches them off guard.
So, I'd say yeah and actually it really appears it hurts more than that much.

some girls say it hurts to get hit in the breasts. well it probably hurts 50 times more with guys getting smacked in the nutz. when we get hit there its kinda like your eyes poping out and the wind being knocked out of you while not being able to scream and thats just the upperbody affect of it. the lower body is more like guys walking with their lets spread atleast sholder lengh apart and sometimes not being able to cross them for a week

Okay. Imagine if you got kicked between your legs, multiply it by five, add in all the muscles in your stomach twisting and writhing, and then have the fleeting thought of "did I get torsion and have to lose a testicle". You might have a small glimpse of it.

Yes, I'd say it's the equivalent to being punched in the face so hard that it almost knocks you out.
