What are the main diffrences in an AMD processer, and in intel?

Here's what I know, which isn't a whole lot about it, but, the difference comes from the Architecture of the chip, or, the internal structure of the electronic pathways. The pathways of AMD chips allow certain types of data to flow through better than Intel chips while other types of data flow better through Intel chips. You'd have to be aware of the type of work you expect to do with your computer, and then research which chip does that kind of work best.
