Why do you want to get an MBA?

I have one and I'm just wondering what others plan to do with it. I can't find a job that cares that I have one. I can't really find a job period that pays more than $14/hr. What will you do with your MBA???

I intend to use my MBA to better the standard of living in my community by offering my services to the arts organizations (museum, symphony, ballet, etc...) here.

I've already learned enough to start earning more myself but not through employment but investment.

Now, an aside on why I want to help the arts organizations. Every single business leader who is somebody sits on the board of one of these organizations. What better way to network with the people who make a real difference in the business community than to help with a cause they care about. ☺
