ive seen that on alot of tv shows,idk if its true.ive never kissed anybody so i wouldnt know :( lol,im a guy just so you know.

I have never heard of that before............lolz.....I think that would make your lips too cold to kiss properly! =)

It doesn't sound too pleasant to me. I would think it would seem like kissing a cold fish. I would much prefer kissing someone with warm, caressing feeling lips rather than cold ones and therefore can't imagine thinking kissing cold ones would feel good. Sorry!

i highly doubt this, you're lips would be quivering. but...
I play the saxophone and my girlfriend always tells me I'm good with my lips because of this, and when i play the sax my mouth needs to be kinda loose and relaxed. I'd assume that by dipping you're lips in ice water it would make your lips stiffer and less... um, i dunno but u get my point...
