But seriously, you must put in frequent requests to the chief weather controller (God). He is the one who can help best.
I am probably driving him nuts with all my requests to protect the Phillipines. I told him he is obligated to protect his own angels. He may just send those floods my way. lol

Here are some real possibilities:
1) Severely damage the environment so that there will be a drought or so that precipitation cycles won't be what they used to be.
2) A atomic bomb could destroy the Earth, and thus there would be no more rainfall.
I hope none of these possibilities will become a real life event.

It is like Heaven is falling!
I wish we could control nature. Either you have Drought and Famine or Rains and Flooding. Talking of the World over.
My friend sent me pics of her flooded areas. How water gushed through streets.
In some countries I saw pics of boats being used on streets! Lives lost. Food unavailable.
It is artificial life that causes it... Dams, Concrete jungle .. not just rains.
Reminds me of Noah's Ark.

You pray and ask the Lord to withhold the rain, and then you ask other Believers to pray with you there is power in the Prayer of Agreement.
