I would recommend you use a good lubrication. If you're using condoms I would recommend you try a different form of birth control as they can be quite uncomfortable. If using a good lubrication doesn't work then a trip to the doctor is necessary. There may be something physically wrong that can easily be fixed, or perhaps your wife just needs some education on sexual relations to help her adjust.

I highly recommend that since you have only been married for a month, start acting as if you and your wife are not married yet and are having a dating relationship.

Romance her, take her out to dinners, have long walks and communicate to get to know each other really well. You must let her to get to know you and do special things for her so that she starts to think about you all the time when you are away, and really starts to fall in love with you.

cuddle together a lot and slowly over several weeks, go from light kissing to heavy kissing, and then just cuddle her, and continue the rest of your day/night like normal. then the next time, go from the kissing to kissing her shoulders and you GENTLY touching and caressing her breasts with your hands. Then stop, cuddle, and go on with the rest of the day. You may have to do this for a few days. Then the next start the kissing, down on her neck, her shoulders and then kissing and licking her breasts all over, especially gently licking her breasts. She should be starting to get very turned on by all of this. You will probably be suffering from not being able to go all the way, but you should be making her as comfortable as you can so you can start having the sex life that you want.

The next step is for you to rub her stomach as you are kissing her breasts and slowly move your hand lower and lower until you are on her private area. Touch her and rub her there GENTLY and make her feel very good. You will know it is working by how wet she is getting. At this point, you should ask her to touch you down there and rub yours, so she can get to know your private a little better.

Then ultimately kiss from her breasts down to her private area and kiss and lick her down there until she has an orgasm. When you get to this point of love-making, hopefully she will know you are being so kind and gentle with her and she is regularly getting wetter and wetter and she will get more comfortable with the idea of you entering her.

Before doing so, do the love making to the point you are using your hands and/or tongue, but don't let her have an orgasm, just get her very wet and hot to be ready for you.
take is slow and enter her slowly and gently and keep telling her how good she feels as you are doing this to her. Hopefully she will be so into it that she will stop being afraid of pain.... the pain should go away after a minute or two if she is wet enough.

Make love to your wife and don't make it all about you just entering her.

U must have some theoretical sex knowledge before you get married.Fore-play activities certainly solve your problem. Not to face such problems in newly married couple, the learned people strongly recommends for the introduction of sex education in schools.

I was a virgin when I got married too. The more often you do it, the less painful & more pleasurable it will feel. Be patient with each other. You also might try some type of lubrication, like KY Jelly & lots of foreplay.

even if it's tight in there you can usually still get it in if you're careful and don't try to slam the poor girl or something. unless she's really scared coz then they clench up and they don't get wet down there so that can make it pretty impossible and maybe that's the problem. coz if she is into it then trust me you will be able to get it in there and if it's tight then it's better anyway!!! get her f*ckin drunk so she won't be nervous!!! HAHA!

Have you tried any sort of lubricant such as I-D or Astroglide? You can get them at any local drug store and don't even have to ask the pharmacist for them.
