Get as much tomato juice as possible and wipe the building down. That will remove the skunk smell.

Try tomatoe juice. Works on dogs that get sprayed.

Time unfortunately. Maybe if you know where he sprayed, you can spray something nice of your own? It's worth a shot.

best thing i have found is mouth wash,it is the skunks bacteria you smell,it works on me ol hound dawg rather well.
