Sometimes I do. Not when Im depressed or irritated. I love myself before others but most of the time I love them as much as I love myself. This way I always treat them well because they deserve it.

I don't have a measuring stick that can measure how much I love myself, but it has taken me 54 years and much work to look in the mirror and say to myself that I love me.
For me, I have to love myself in order to love others. There was a time when I couldn't understand it when I would hear that I couldn't love others unless I learned to loved myself.
How can I teach someone else to ride a bike if I have never been on a bike? How can I share the way a hug feels if I have never been touched? How can I describe how it feels to have the wind blow my hair in a moving car if I have never been in a car with the wind blowing my hair? So how can I love others if I have not loved myself?
It took years of soul searching to figure this one out, but was worth the search. Because I can love myself and be there for myself, I can love others and be there for them.

Sadly I actually hate myself.
I hate my lack of knowledge, my lack of money, friends, food, freedom.
What do I love about myself. I love I can read, I love I can write, I love I can see, I love I can dream.
But no I would be lying if I said I was satisfied and in love with myself.
I guess I love my family more then myself, I sustain them with my work profit.
And I guess therefore I must love to work???
No I hate both things, I hate working, and I hate providing for my family.
I wish I could just fall asleep and never wake up, thats what I would love.

I guess I do to an extent but I would never harm myself. Right now I'm just dissatisfied with how my life is going but I am thankful to wake up to a new day each day.
