Me I would serve homestyle aussie cuisine, with a drive through, that way you can fee the masses on their way home from work but to tired to cook anything and those who just prefer to eat something from home...
although the thought of serving up endangered animals apeals to me too.. lol.. lr

never will i own a resturant, once i was banished to foodcourtia!!! It was horrible!!! I escaped, but they recaptured me, and if i left (the 2nd time) I'd explode!!!!
