how immoral is it to have a bunch of graves dug up and put in fornt of your yard and how much would it cost i want some where around 70 to 100.

Yes, it's immoral, but don't worry about that. Worry about the legality.
My local law inforcement scares me more than my pastor!

It won't be done. You have to have a court order to do it. I don't think that you'll get one, so forget about it.
